Ever wonder how everything is magically set up by the time you start walking down the isle? From chairs, to tents, and centerpeices...your wedding planner takes on the duties of delegating and assisting in setting up your ceremony and reception. Sure, it would seem simple to rely on your family or friends to do it but wouldn’t you want them to enjoy the day as well? Hiring a wedding planner relieves the stress of having to worry about what your ceremony or reception will look like. You give them the vision and they execute.

2. Vendors

The coordination of vendors is the key to a successful event. A wedding coordinator is your point of contact for all of your vendors. They communicate with vendors at least a few days prior to your wedding day as well as the day of to delegate and confirm details. Depending on your needs, a coordinator may send you a preferred vendors list. Your coordinator will maintain communication with your vendors throughout the day ensuring that they are completing their responsibilities as well as following up to see if they need anything. Communication with your vendors at this point becomes your coordinators responsibility.

3. Advice and direction

Your wedding coordinator will pack up your belongings and send it home with your designated responsible person of choice. Did you pay a clean up deposit?
